Instead of using the same formula for all customers, we use a professional scalp analysis machine to analyse the scalp. The process is clear and transparent, and different formulas would be select for different customers to tailor the most suitable treatment.
Instead of just using hot water, a Chinese herbal soup with Angelica sinensis, Gastrodia elata and ginger is used as a head treatment. It has a mild and non-irritating aroma that is relaxing and has health-preserving effects.
It is not a casual head massage, but a point-to-point head massage by a therapist familiar with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine using professional equipment (such as an eight-claw comb and a seven-star stick).
